The Artist Behind

Kelsey Wade is a 23-year-old Belizean-American professional artist with roots in Cincinnati. She is self-taught and particularly fond of acrylic portraits and digital art. She joined Artworks as a Mural Studio Artist and is an 20’ Alumna of Walnut Hills High School. Fueled by a passion for exploration and art, Kelsey embraces every opportunity to try new things, infusing her work with vibrant energy that reflects her diverse experiences. Beyond her artistic endeavors, Kelsey devotes her time to volunteering, travelling, and working with early childhood care, embodying a commitment to nurturing both creativity and community.

Her art business, Etched Violet, is a celebration of positivity and mental well-being, often capturing fleeting moments with a unique blend of impressionism and cartoon aesthetics. With an adventurous spirit, Kelsey is always open to pushing the boundaries of her creativity and exploring new artistic avenues.
